Sandra Paquette, the President & Founder of SearchSmart, has been delivering recruitment services to the private and not for profit sectors for close to 15 years.

She spent the first 10 years of her career in the not for profit sector before joining two of Canada's top tier executive search firms recruiting senior executives in a number of industry sectors including: financial services, consulting, manufacturing, high tech and retail.

Marrying her commitment to the not for profit sector with her recruitment skills, Sandra has developed a market niche providing recruitment services to some of Canada's largest not for profit organizations in the arts, health, education and community services.

Sandra has a reputation among her clients for creating highly accurate candidate assessments that strongly reflect the candidate’s current and future potential and is certified in Emotional Intelligence (EQi) testing. Candidates speak to Sandra’s honest and forthright approach and her ability to support and give counsel to them throughout the hiring process.
